A Takamatsu (Kagawa)-based company operating udon restaurants, Atton (あっとん), has developed halal udon products that comply with the Islamic law, by avoiding using meat, alcohol-based seasonings and such, to make it easier for anyone visiting from overseas to taste Sanuki Udon*1.
