Muslim-Friendly Hospitality Services for “Food” workshop Dogo in Ehime prefecture

The Dogo Onsen Ryokan Cooperative Association in Ehime Prefecture held a "food" hospitality workshop targeting tourists from the Islamic world for the purpose of promoting inbound tourism. In this workshop, Professor Toshiko Kakihara of Matsuyama Junior College, who is a registered dietitian and is familiar with the cuisine and culture of the Islamic world, gave a lecture and introduced examples of how pictograms and QR codes are used in restaurants.For more information, please visit the link below.
